Her tears of mourning for Osiris were said to cause to Nile to rise, thus revitalizing the land and our spirits. As the Great Creatrix said, Isis is the Goddess of the Nile and the mother of all civilization. Her symbol is of the moon crowned with rounded horns. The hawk and silver are sacred to her.
